Are the designer brands you carry authentic?
We only sell brand new and genuine products. Depending on the brand, the products come with different proof of authenticity. Once you receive your product, you will have 10 days to evaluate the item. During the 10 day evaluation period, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any items in new and unused condition for your money back!* Please see Shipping and Return for more details.

Are items in stock?
All in stock items will appear on the website. Anything that is sold out or no longer available is taken off the website. Since most of the products are close out items from previous seasons, once something sells out, there is no guarantee that we will ever get it back in stock again.
Why are your products so inexpensive?
True Passion Designer Shop strives to provide its customers with affordable designer merchandise in brand new condition. They are inexpensive because they may be from previous seasons while some may be slightly blemished. This is what enables us to offer our customers great prices on products that are obtained from manufactures in Italy. All products are guaranteed brand new and unused - NO second-hand items.
Are purchased covered with any warranty?
Since designer manufacturers will only warranty an item if you purchased it in their stores for full MSRP, True Passion Designer Shop does not offer any warranty to any products sold via our website. All products are sold AS IS. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, you can return any items in new and unused condition. What methods of payment do you accept?
True Passion Designer Shop accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal via secure SSL encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. In addition, we accept wire trnasfer and money order for international orders.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, but you may be required to call in to confirm your order.
Is signature required on all packages?
Since all orders are considered high value and have a higher than average chance of theft, all packages will require a signature before delivery. We are happy to ship any packages to a work or alternate address, however, you may be required to confirm such orders.

What shipping methods do you use?
True Passion Designer Shop ship exclusively via UPS and USPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within a 24-48 hour on Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Our staff may contact you to confirm your shipping address before shipping out your order. To expedite the shipping process, make sure your address is a physical street address and return our phone call or email as soon as possible. Once your shipping address is confirmed, your order will be shipped immediately.
How long do I have to return an item?
Within ten (10) days of receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, you don't even have to contact us to return the items. For details, please see Shipping and Return.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your item is received into the system, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days depending the refund method. For details, please see Shipping and Return.

- PayPal: During the checkout process, under "Payment Method" please select PayPal. Using PayPal you can pay with your credit card or withdraw from a bank account.
- Wire Transfer: Select "Pay by Direct Bank Transfer into our account" as your payment method during the checkout process. After you complete the order, you will receive a store receipt with our wire transfer info.
- Credit Card: Select "Credit Card" option and fill out your credit card information during the checkout process.

- Log off from our website.
- Contact your credit card provider to allow True Passion Inc. to charge your credit card.
- After the security block on your credit card is lifted, log back on our website with your username and password.
